DANCEREEL TERMS OF SERVICE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to DanceReel! By using our app, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

DanceReel maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Objectionable content including nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, scams, or misleading content
  • Any content that violates applicable laws

2. CONTENT MODERATION

  • Users may report content they find objectionable
  • Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed without notice
  • Repeatedly reported content may be automatically hidden
  • We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

3. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

  • Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended or terminated
  • Abusive users may be permanently banned
  • Suspended users will lose access to all app features

4. USER BLOCKING

  • You may block other users at any time
  • Blocked users cannot see your content
  • You cannot see content from users you've blocked
  • Blocking removes follow relationships in both directions

5. PRIVACY AND DATA

  • We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for the content you post
  • Do not share personal information of others without consent

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You retain ownership of content you create
  • By posting, you grant DanceReel a license to display your content
  • Do not post content that infringes on others' copyrights

7. DISCLAIMER

  • DanceReel is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • Use of the app is at your own risk

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these terms at any time
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • We will notify users of significant changes

By using DanceReel, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
  • Agree to follow all community guidelines
  • Understand that violations may result in account suspension
  • Accept responsibility for your actions on the platform
